Cottage Cheese Grapefruit Bowl

This quick and healthy Cottage Cheese Grapefruit Bowl is so easy to prepare and packs a punch in terms of flavor! Perfect for Breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups grapefruit (SEE NOTE)
  • cup walnuts

Instructions

  • Mash 2 bananas in a bowl with a fork
  • Mix the cottage cheese and mashed bananas
  • Slice the remaining banana
  • Distribute the cottage cheese mixture into 4 bowls
  • Top with the grapefruit, sliced bananas and chopped walnuts

Notes

Grapefruit - I use store bought grapefruit segments to save time. However, make sure to to check the label and make sure that it is not in artificially sweetened syrup.
