Ingredients

  • 6 mangoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ purple onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp tajin
  • 2 tbsp basil microgreens {or chopped basil}

Instructions

  • Cut the mango, onion and bell pepper into thin strips
  • squeeze the lime juice and sprinkle the tajin
  • Toss well, top with the micro greens and serve
