Ingredients
1mango
1granny smith apple
1banana
1cupred grapes
½cuppomegranate seeds
⅓cupguava juice
⅔cuporange juice
2tablespoonwhite granulated sugar
2teaspoonchaat masala
Garnish
1teaspoontajin
4tablespoontamarind chutney
Instructions
Chop all the fruit into small bite sized pieces. (see notes)
Mix both the juices with the sugar and chaat masala and pour over the chopped fruit.
Stir and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. (see notes)
Garnish with the tajin and tamarind chutney and serve. (see notes)
Notes
Chopping the fruit: Cut it into small pieces so it is easier to eat.Letting the fruit salad rest: This allows the fruit to soak up the spiced juice, making the final result more flavorful.The Garnish: These are optional but highly recommended to enhance the taste of the fruit salad.
