Ingredients
½cupwhole milk
1tablespoonsugar
¾cupdiced mango(see notes)
1cupmango pulp(see notes)
Instructions
Make sure all your ingredients are well chilled before you start to make the milkshake. (see notes)
Add the milk, sugar, diced mango, and mango pulp in that order to your blender jar.
Blend on the highest setting for 2-3 minutes, until you have a smooth and creamy mixture and serve.
Notes
Mango: You can use fresh or frozen mango chunks, depending on what is easiest for you. Mango pulp: I always like adding South Asian mango pulp to my shake for a more authentic flavor. Chilling the ingredients: I like to chill my blender jar and all the ingredients so my milkshake is also well-chilled.
